Artículo dieciocho. Los funcionarios del Ministerio de Justicia a quienes se otorgue la condecoración "Orden del Mérito Penitenciario", tendrán prioridad en la concesión de los beneficios sociales creados o que se establezca para estimular los eficientes servicios del personal.
