En los casos en que se ordene la toma de posesión, corresponde al Instituto de Crédito Territorial como agente especial del Superintendente Bancario y a nombre de la persona intervenida, adelantar todas las actuaciones que para estos casos prevé la Ley 45 de 1923 , y disposiciones concordantes, a fin de precautelar los derechos de los acreedores y propietarios y desarrollar los planes y programas en debida forma.
