ARTICULO 1.6.0.0.10 . PUBLICIDAD. Formalizada la conversión, la fusión, la escisión, la adquisición o la cesión de activos, pasivos y contratos de que trata el presente estatuto, se dará aviso al público de tal circunstancia en un diario de amplia circulación nacional, el cual se publicará por tres (3) veces, con intervalos de cinco (5) días.
