Derógase el artículo 2º de la Ley 7ª de 1938, tendiente a la formación del fondo especial destinado al pago de auxilios a las viudas y descendientes de los antiguos militares. En consecuencia, el pago de las recompensas a herederos de veteranos se tomará del fondo común destinado a los veteranos o antiguos militares vivos. Los fondos existentes se destinarán al pago de las recompensas de que trata el artículo 13.
