º . Objeto y ámbito de aplicación. El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones de comercialización, distribución y venta de los medicamentos homeopáticos y reglamentar la preparación, comercialización, distribución, dispensación, etiquetado, rotulado y empaque de los medicamentos homeopáticos magistrales y oficinales en farmacias homeopáticas a nivel nacional.
