Deróganse la Ley número 12 de 1905 y el artículo 166 de la ley 40 de 1907 .

En consecuencia queda insubsistente el Decreto ejecutivo 1165 de 3 de octubre del mismo año, sobre reglamentación del ejercicio de la profesión de abogado, y suspendidos los efectos que su práctica haya podido producir.
