Los contratos que se celebren de conformidad con los artículos anteriores, con relación al algodón en rama e hilazas, y la copra, se harán con intervención del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, al que corresponderá dictar las Resoluciones a que haya lugar, si por los contratos ya citados fuere el caso de una modificación del Arancel Aduanero, dentro de los límites y condiciones establecidos por la Ley 94 de 1936.
