Art. 13. Los Jueces Municipales de los Municipios que sean cabecera ó capital de Distrito Judicial, conocerán en lo sucesivo de los juicios de que trata el ordinal 2. ° del artículo 122 de la Ley 147 de 1888 , cuando la cuantía no exceda de quinientos pesos.
