Artículo quinto. Las mesas directivas del Senado y de la Cámara, quedan ampliamente facultadas para que afilien a los empleados de la Rama Legislativa del Poder Público a cualquiera de las Cajas de Subsidio Familiar existentes en la capital de la República.
