°. De la responsabilidad. La fortificación de azúcar con vitamina A es responsabilidad de los industriales fabricantes de azúcar. Así mismo, para la fabricación de productos alimenticios en los cuales se utilice esta materia prima, deberán elaborarse con azúcar fortificado según los requisitos establecidos en este decreto.
