Modifíquese el artículo 6° de la Ley 686 de 2001 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 6°. De los sujetos de la cuota. Es sujeto de la Cuota de Fomento Cauchero toda persona natural o jurídica que beneficie el látex o el coágulo de campo, provenientes de los árboles de caucho, sea para comercializarlo o para utilizarlo en procesos agroindustriales o industriales.
