El Gobierno nacional, a través de la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas, el Ministerio del Trabajo y/o las demás entidades vinculadas a la Mesa, proveerá las condiciones logísticas mediante las cuales la Mesa Permanente de Concertación con las Centrales Sindicales CUT, CGT, CTC y la Fecode para la Reparación Colectiva al Movimiento Sindical ejercerá sus funciones.
