Autorízase, al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público para celebrar contratos con las entidades que actualmente tienen a su cargo el servicio de policía y vigilancia en los terminales marítimos de las Aduanas antes mencionadas, a fin de unificar estos sistemas, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 1° del presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
