º . Requisitos de elegibles . Quienes pretendan ser elegidos por las asociaciones gremiales, ligas y facultades de universidades a las que se refieren los literales c) y d) del artículo 1º de la Ley 335 de 1996, deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos: ser ciudadano colombiano, mayor de 30 años, ser profesional universitario o contar con 10 años de experiencia en el sector de televisión y no encontrarse incurso en las incompatibilidades e inhabilidades previstas en la Ley 182 de 1995.
