Registro de establecimientos educativos que establezcan Bono de Derecho Escolar. Cada Secretaría de Educación Departamental o Distrital deberá llevar un registro de los establecimientos educativos privados sin ánimo de lucro que reciben aportes por concepto de Bono de Derecho Escolar. Cuando un establecimiento educativo decida clasificarse en uno de los regímenes ordinarios de libertad vigilada o regulada, deberá cesar inmediatamente en el cobro del bono y devolver a los suscriptores del título el valor que resulte de aplicar lo dispuesto en el artículo 13 de este decreto.
