La navegación en aguas jurisdiccionales es regulada por la autoridad marítima, quien para tal efecto dicta las reglas de gobierno, maniobra, luces y señales correspondientes a las distintas zonas y modalidades de navegación y al sistema de propulsión empleado. Los buques dedicados a la industria pesquera no podrán movilizar carga.
