Prohibición a los acuerdos anticompetitivos . De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 34 de la Ley 142 de 1994, quedan prohibidos todos los acuerdos o convenios que tengan por objeto o como efecto restringir la libre competencia, o elevar las tarifas por encima de las que resultarían en un mercado en condiciones de competencia.
