Artículo quince. Dentro de los dos meses siguientes a la fecha en que venza el término para formular oposiciones, el solicitante debe comprobar su capacidad financiera para desarrollar la explotación de la respectiva zona. Tal capacidad se demostrará con los documentos que acrediten que el interesado posee un capital o un patrimonio suficiente, a juicio del Ministerio, para adelantar en forma técnica dicha explotación.
