La junta de los monumentos a los Generales Uribe Uribe y Herrera, que tiene personería jurídica y de la cual harán parte el Alcalde y el Tesorero Municipal de Bogotá, se encargara de contratar la construcción de las estatuas en bronce de los Generales Uribe Uribe y Herrera y de su erección en el sitio o sitios que dicha Junta designe, dentro del área de la capital de la Republica.
