Art. 7.° Tan luego como las suscriciones del "Diario" pasen de quinientas, en el exceso de está base entrará el gobierno en participación de la mitad de la utilidad ; i para este efecto será examinada, en cada semestre, por un empleado del Poder Ejecutivo, la cuenta respectiva que lleve el Administrador.

Parágrafo

La única deducción que se hará a la parte e utilidad que corresponde al Gobierno, será el costo a principales del papel empleado.
