Requisitos. Para adelantar aprovechamientos forestales persistentes de bosques naturales ubicados en terrenos de propiedad privada se requiere, por lo menos, que el interesado presente:

Solicitud formal;

Acreditar la calidad de propietario del predio, acompañando copia de la escritura pública y del certificado de libertad y tradición, este último con fecha de expedición no mayor a dos meses;

Plan de manejo forestal.
