Para los efectos de esta Ley, se considera que los alcantarillados hacen parte de la obra de los acueductos. Por consiguiente donde ya tengan acueducto, los Municipios podrán invertir el auxilio en los alcantarillados y donde no tengan ni una ni otra obra podrán invertir el auxilio en ambas.

Parágrafo

Los auxilios para los Municipios del Departamento del Magdalena, donde no se puedan construir acueductos, podrán ser destinados a la construcción de pozos artesianos, a juicio del Gobernador del Departamento.
