Terminada la etapa investigativa, el presidente del consejo, con la colaboración del Asesor jurídico, formulará por escrito, y entregará a cada una de las vocales, el cuestionario o cuestionarios que se sometan a su decisión. El cuestionario o cuestionarios se redactarán en la forma indicada en los artículos 559 y 560 de este código. Cuando se procede por varios delitos o cuando sean varios los sindicados, el presidente hará preguntas separadas para cada delito y para cada sindicado.
