Las empresas agrícolas, ganaderas o forestales que ocupen quince (15) o más trabajadores que residan en ellas, están obligados a suministrarles alojamiento adecuado, a destinar un local para la asistencia de enfermos y a proveerlos de los medicamentos o medios terapéuticos de urgencia.
