Término para presentar las reclamaciones . Las IPS públicas colombianas que hayan prestado servicios de salud por las atenciones iniciales de urgencia a nacionales ecuatorianos habitantes de las Unidades Territoriales pertenecientes al cordón fronterizo binacional, deberán presentar las reclamaciones por servicios de salud ante la Dirección de Administración de Fondos de la Protección Social del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social o quien este designe, dentro del término establecido en el artículo 111 del Decreto-ley 019 de 2012 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
