El Gobierno y la Cooperativa procederán de común acuerdo a estimular y proteger el desarrollo de la agricultura en la Zona Bananera del Departamento del Magdalena, y la exportación de sus frutos, mediante convenios comerciales, de transportes y cualesquiera otros sistemas que establecen la explotación económica de aquella región.
