LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.18.5.12. Notificación. La calificación definitiva, se notificará personalmente al empleado en los términos previstos en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo.

Si no pudiere hacerse la notificación personal al cabo del término previsto en el inciso anterior, se notificará por edicto y se dejará constancia de ello.

Las evaluaciones parciales serán comunicadas por escrito al evaluado, dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes a la fecha en que se produzca.
