Constitúyese una Junta Especial para que, en nombre del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, supervigile la ejecución de los trabajos para la construcción del edificio con destino al Colegio Nacional "Emilio Cifuentes", de Facatativá, ejecución delegada por Decretos números 526 de 1958 y 1871 de 1959.
