El Registrador dará cumplimiento al mandato contenido en el inciso segundo del artículo 22 de la Ley 40, aunque el interesado no suministre más datos que los que se puedan tomar del acto o título materia de la inscripción; y abrirá la matrícula con tales datos y con los que en su propio archivo se encuentren, sin perjuicio de complementar aquella posteriormente.
