La nueva tarifa aduanera como las demás modificaciones de que trata el artículo anterior, regirán a partir de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Dirección General de Aduanas o en sus suplementos. Para los efectos anteriores el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores comunicará a la Dirección General de Aduanas la nueva tarifa y demás disposiciones aprobadas por el Gobierno y que son materia del presente Decreto.
