Artículo único. Autorízase al Gobierno para comprar los herederos del señor Eladio Montoya el busto del General Pedro Alcántara Herrán obra de arte ejecutada por dicho señor Montoya y premiada en el concurso de escultura que se abrió con ocasión del centenario de aquel eminente hombre público.

Para tal objeto puede disponer hasta de cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400) cantidad que se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia.
