° Es obligación del Contador Secretario formar las cuentas mensuales y la general de cada año, para remitirlas al Ministerio dentro de los términos fijados en este Decreto, acompañadas de todos los comprobantes requeridos, los cuales le serán suministrados por las diferentes dependencias del ferrocarril en los cinco primeros días de cada mes.
