ARTICULO 1.4.1.0.1 . PARTICIPACIÓN . Los inversionistas extranjeros podrán participar en el capital de las instituciones sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, suscribiendo o adquiriendo acciones, bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones o aportes sociales de carácter cooperativo, en cualquier proporción. La Superintendencia Bancaria se cerciorará de la solvencia patrimonial, profesional y moral del inversionista extranjero.
