En el caso de venta de cartera con responsabilidad, la sociedad operadora de libranzas deberá implementar mecanismos para gestionar los riesgos que puedan ocasionar el incumplimiento de sus obligaciones contractuales, en particular los derivados de los pagos anticipados de los créditos y la sustitución de los créditos de libranza.
