Artículo cuarto. De las Infracciones de que trata el presente decreto conocerá la Justicia Penal Militar, por el procedimiento de Consejos de Guerra Verbales y, por lo tanto, contra los fallos que estos dicten podrán interponerse los recursos de apelación, casación y revisión consagrados por el Código de Justicia Penal Militar.

Parágrafo

Es entendido que si en la investigación de las actividades comunistas surgiere cualquiera otra infracción conexa definida en el Código Penal o en el Código. Penal Militar, de todas ellas conocerá la Justicia Penal: Militar.
