A los inimputables que no padezcan de enfermedad mental, se les impondrá medida de internación en establecimiento público o particular, aprobado oficialmente, que pueda suministrar educación o adiestramiento industrial, artesanal o agrícola.

Esta medida se suspenderá condicionalmente cuando se establezca que la persona ha adquirido suficiente adaptabilidad al medio social en que se desenvolverá su vida.
