ARTICULO 2.1.3.2.5 .- INVERSION EN TITULOS EMITIDOS POR EMPLEADORES U ORGANIZACIONES EN QUE PARTICIPEN TRABAJADORES AFILIADOS. La Comisión Nacional de Valores podrá autorizar a las sociedades administradoras de fondos de cesantía para que inviertan un porcentaje de sus recursos en los títulos inscritos en el Registro Nacional de Valores que, en los casos previstos por la ley, emitan los empleadores o las organizaciones en que participen los trabajadores afiliados como cooperativas y fondos de empleados, entre otros.
