Los documentos, las actas o resoluciones administrativas donde queden convenidas o se decreten conmutaciones o compensaciones conforme a esta Ley, prestarán mérito ejecutivo; y los pagos que la Empresa, o el organismo señalado por el Gobierno Nacional para que se subrogue en las obligaciones de la misma, verificadas por concepto de las conmutaciones legalmente convenidas o decretadas, harán tránsito a cosa juzgada.
