Todos los títulos expedidos por las entidades bancarias del Estado y los recibos emanados de las Oficinas Recaudadoras de Hacienda Nacional que a la fecha se hayan expedido a favor de la Superintendencia Nacional de Producción y Precios, pasarán a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, quien les dará la destinación legal pertinente, una vez que se hagan las conversiones ante las oficinas de su procedencia.
