° Las personas naturales o jurídicas que pretendan ser reconocidas como empresas cinematográficas colombianas, deberán presentar solicitud escrita a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, en la cual acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos de los artículos anteriores. La Superintendencia podrá, en cualquier momento, exigir las pruebas o practicar las visitas de inspección que considere necesarias para establecer el cumplimiento de tales requisitos.
