Artículo tercero. El personal de empleados que ocupa cargos cuyas denominaciones y asignaciones se modifican por él presente Decreto, queda incorporado conforme a lo establecido en el artículo anterior, y requerirá únicamente para la posesiónala firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre nacional equivalente a la diferencia de remuneración correspondiente.
