El Comité de Entidades sin Ánimo de Lucro estará integrado por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su delegado, quien lo presidirá, el Director de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales o su delegado, el Director de Gestión de Aduanas o su delegado y el Director de Gestión de Fiscalización o su delegado, quien ejercerá las funciones de Secretario del Comité”.
