Condiciones de recolección. La recolección debe realizarse cuando la planta o el material vegetal haya alcanzado la madurez necesaria que garantice su utilidad, limitándose solamente a las plantas sanas, que no estén afectadas ni deterioradas.

Decreto 1524 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 09 de 1979 Título VI y XI en lo referente a fabricación, envase o empaque, almacenamiento y expendio de los Productos Naturales con usos terapéuticos tradicionales, empíricos y las Preparaciones Farmacéuticas a base de los mismos.
