Instituto Nacional de Metrología. El Instituto Nacional de Metrología (INM), tiene por objetivo la coordinación nacional de la metrología científica e industrial, y la ejecución de actividades que permitan la innovación y soporten el desarrollo económico, científico y tecnológico del país, mediante la investigación, la prestación de servicios metrológicos, el apoyo a las actividades de control metrológico y la diseminación de mediciones trazables al Sistema Internacional de unidades (SI).
