Artículo único. La junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Especialización Técnica en el Exterior, ICETEX, en uso de las facultades que le confiere el artículo 1° del Decreto 317 de 1958, puede acordar primas y bonificaciones para los funcionarios al servicio del Instituto. Este Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
