ARTICULO 2.4.5.4.6 .- OPERACIONES ESPECIALES DE ADMINISTRACIÓN FIDUCIARIA. La Nación está autorizada para destinar sumas que deban ser administradas fiduciariamente por la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN, para la ejecución de programas especiales de financiación de proyectos o de refinanciación o reprogramación de la deuda existente de las entidades del sector energético. Así mismo, corresponde a la financiera la administración fiduciaria de los recursos del Fondo de Exploración de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, mediante la celebración de los contratos respectivos.
