Ejecución de la sanción de exclusión del escalafón. En firme la decisión que imponga la sanción de exclusión del escalafón a un educador, el Secretario Ejecutivo de la Junta Seccional dará aviso inmediato a la autoridad nominadora para que dentro del plazo de diez (10) días contados a partir de la fecha de su recibo, proceda a decretar la destitución del docente.
