A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, el régimen de prestaciones sociales y asistenciales aplicable al personal administrativo de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada será: el siguiente:

Para quienes se vinculen con posterioridad a la vigencia de la presente ley se les aplicará el régimen ordinario de los servidores públicos;

Para quienes se encuentren vinculados a la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, se les respetará el régimen prestacional bajo el cual estaban sometidos.
