Para el cumplimiento del artículo anterior, se entregará la cantidad de cuatro mil pesos ($ 4,000), a una Junta que, designada por el señor Gobernador del Norte de Santander, funcionará en la ciudad de Cúcuta, bajo el nombre de Junta pro Monumento al General Cuberos Niño.
