B.1.5.1 Grupo técnico de trabajo interministerial, de sustancias químicas de uso industrial. Habrá un grupo técnico de trabajo interministerial conformado por delegados de los Ministerios de Salud y Protección Social, Trabajo, Comercio, Industria y Turismo y Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, para hacer seguimiento a los resultados de la implementación de los instrumentos de gestión de sustancias químicas de uso industrial establecidos en el presente decreto y su efectividad en la gestión integral de dichas sustancias, que se reunirá al menos dos (2) veces al año.

Parágrafo

Corresponderá al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible realizar la coordinación operativa del Grupo Técnico Interministerial de sustancias químicas de uso industrial.
